1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Innea mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (EULA) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the App Provider, the publisher of Innea on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Description of Service

Innea provides access to personalized daily affirmations and mindset tools designed to promote positivity and self-improvement. Features include:

  • Curated affirmations for mental well-being, success, and confidence
  • Customizable manifestation and reminder schedules
  • Personalized category tracking and goal setting
  • Favorites system for daily practice
  • Premium subscription features for advanced content

We use third-party services like TikTok for advertising measurement. By using the App, you consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a yearly subscription managed via RevenueCat, with billing handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.

  • 3-day free trial (available to first-time subscribers)
  • Automatic renewal at $34.99/year (or local equivalent)
  • Cancel anytime through App Store or Play Store settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple/Google refund policies
  • Premium access is linked to your Store account and available across compatible devices

3.1 Auto-Renewal & Billing

The following terms are required by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Share premium access with unauthorized third parties
  • Republish, redistribute, or sell affirmation content without explicit permission

5. Intellectual Property

The affirmations, original graphics, logo, and user interface of Innea are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and are owned by the App Provider. Affirmations derived from public sources are used under fair use or public domain provisions.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Innea is not a medical device. The content provided, including affirmations and mindset tools, is intended for personal growth and inspirational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innea and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence or the jurisdiction where the App Provider is based.
